LynOaken on the Ridge!
Opened since September 2006, we have been retailing our fresh
apples, cider, pastries and all the seasonal decor your heart
desires in our revamped facility at

Ridge Road, on historic "Ridge Road Trail" just
east of the Niagara-Orleans County border. In the Spring of
2008, we will begin offering tastings of our new wine
selections.

In The Kitchen
 From
time to time, we post a recipe that is near and dear to
the hearts of LynOaken Farms patrons. If you find

A NY Apple Country Recipe
Hot Cider Wassail
Ingredients
- One-half gallon cider (8 cups)
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 5 cups pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a simmer.
Strain and server hot in coffee cups or mugs.
About 20 servings.
